Installation Materials
Arizona Synthetics understands that there are many homeowners, as well as contractors that are capable of installing their own synthetic turf. We are happy to provide you the installation materials to get the job done and done right. Most of the tools required can be rented at your local equipment rental business. It is possible to complete your installation without renting equipment it will just take you longer. Minimum tools required are a good razor knife, push broom, hammers, shovels, rakes and a wheelbarrow. If you buy the base material from us we will be more than happy to deliver the rest of the installation materials on the truck with no extra delivery charges.
Turf Spikes 10 cents each.
You will need a minimum of 3 per ln/ft to go around the border of the grass area. You will need 1 per sq/ft if you want to fasten the entire area. You will need 6 per ln/ft for all seems.
Base Material $55.00 per ton Delivered. (Phoenix metro only)
You will need a minimum of 1 ton for every 150 sq/ft of turf.
Silica sand $10 per 100 pound bag. (Shipping not included)
You should plan on at least 2 pounds of infill per sq/ft of lawn turf. For putting greens you can add or delete the amount of infill to change the speed of the green.
Turf Blend Rubber Infill $14.00 per 50 pound bag. (Shipping not included)
This infill can be used along with the silica sand or instead of the silica sand for a more cushioned step.
Putting Green Rubber Infill $15.00 per 50 pound bag. (Shipping not included)
This infill should be used if you like to chip onto your putting green. It will give the green more bounce.
Seam Tape $1.00 per foot. (Shipping not included)
Used to adhere two prices of turf together. Remember to spike both sides of every seam.
