Synthetic Lawn installation starts at $2.75 per sq/ft. This is for a bare dirt installation and the border is already installed.
If you need rock or gravel removed or relocated there is an additional $1.00 per sq/ft.
If you need natural grass removed there is an additional $1.50 per sq/ft.
Putting Green installation starts at $5.75 per sq/ft. This is for a bare dirt installation and the border is already installed.

Concrete curbing borders start at $2.00 per ln/ft with a $300 minimum.
Extra chargeable work includes but is not limited to Boulders, excessive tree and plant cut-outs, paver cut-outs, drainage grading, sand traps and fringe around putting greens.
Some items are special order only. Special orders for landscape grass have a minimum order of 5,500 sq/ft. Special orders on sports turf have a minimum order of 10,000 sq/ft.
